User ID
- This is a unique set of characters used for identification into the RIO system.
Examples for a user named John Smith would be "jsmith," or if the name is taken, "jsmith3."
Password
- This is another custom set of characters set by you the user, or in the case of a forgotten password, by the
computer system at PERA. A password is used to verify that the user ID entered belongs to you only.
